Privacy policy

Plain English, like everything else we write.

This policy covers what Rgardin AI collects, why, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect very little on this website, we never sell personal data, and the business data we handle for clients is governed by contracts that keep it theirs.

Who we are

Rgardin Ai LLC ("Rgardin AI," "we," "us") is a US-based company that builds and operates AI systems that run day-to-day work for businesses. Questions about this policy: hello@rgardin.ai.

Two different hats: this website vs. client operations

On this website, we're the data controller.

The little we collect here (below) is ours to protect, and this policy governs it.

Inside client engagements, we're a service provider.

When we run a client's sectors, we process business data — including their customers' information — on the client's behalf, under a service agreement and data processing terms. The client stays in control of that data; we use it only to deliver the service, and this website policy is not what governs it. If you are a customer of one of our clients, that business's own privacy policy applies to you.

What we collect on this site

How we use information

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising. We don't use your data to train public AI models.

AI processing, disclosed plainly

We're an AI company, so let's be specific. Our systems use commercial AI models from established providers (including Anthropic's Claude) to do the work described on this site — drafting, organizing, analyzing, reporting. Three commitments:

Who we share with (subprocessors)

We share data only with the vendors needed to run the service — hosting and infrastructure providers, AI model providers, and communications tools — each bound to process it solely on our instructions. We maintain a current list of subprocessors for clients and update contracted clients before adding new ones. We will disclose personal data if the law genuinely requires it, and we'll tell you unless we're legally barred from doing so.

Retention

Website inquiries: kept as long as needed to handle the conversation, then deleted or archived. Client data: retained per the service agreement, and returned or deleted when the engagement ends — clients own everything, so nothing of theirs stays behind.

Security

Client isolation, least-access controls, encrypted transit, and human review gates on sensitive actions. No system is unbreachable, so we don't claim to be — but security decisions here get the same discipline we sell.

Your rights

Depending on your state, you may have legal rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal data. Our policy is simpler: email hello@rgardin.ai with any of those requests and we honor them regardless of which state you're in, within 30 days. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.

Children

Our services and this site are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data.

Changes

This policy is in effect as of the date at the top. Any material change updates that date and gets a plain-English note here describing what moved. Continued use of the site after a change means the new version applies.
