Is this software I have to learn?
No. That's the difference. We build and operate the systems; you approve the things that need your judgment and read a plain-English report each week. If you can answer an email, you can run a company on Rgardin AI.
Will AI be talking to my customers without me knowing?
No. Two hard brakes are built into everything we run: nothing is spent without a human yes, and nothing reaches a customer without a human yes. Until you loosen the reins on a sector yourself, every outbound message queues for your approval before it goes anywhere.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
It happens — anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. Our answer is structural: sensitive actions require approval before they happen, every action is logged and verified after it happens, and your reports tell you what ran and what didn't, plainly. When something's off, a person with a name fixes it and tells you what changed so it doesn't repeat.
Who actually sees my business data?
Your workspace is isolated — your data is never used to do work for another client, and it stays out of AI model training. The people who supervise your account see what they need to serve you, nothing more. Details in our privacy policy.
What does it cost?
A fixed monthly price per sector, quoted in the written plan you get after the intro call. No surprise usage bills: if running your systems costs more than expected, that's our problem, not yours. The intro call and the plan are free.
How fast can we start?
The intro call is 30 minutes. Your written plan follows within two days. The first sector typically goes live within a few weeks of your yes — the setup time goes into building your playbook so the system works the way you would.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Small and mid-size businesses with real customers and real revenue: service businesses, wellness studios, contractors, multi-location owners. If your problem is that the work that grows the business keeps losing to the work that runs it, you're who we built this for.
Do I have to hand over the whole company?
No — most clients start with one sector, usually the one leaking the most money or eating the most evenings. See it run for a few weeks, then decide what's next.
Will this replace my staff?
That's not what we build. The systems take the repetitive work — the follow-ups, the filing, the reminders — so your people spend their time on customers, craft, and judgment. People first, AI second is one of our core values, and it shapes what we agree to automate.
What AI does this run on?
Commercial frontier models from established providers, including Anthropic's Claude, orchestrated by our own overseer platform and supervised by humans. We pick the right model for each job and change models as the field improves — that's our job to worry about, not yours.
Who owns everything you build for me?
You do. Your accounts, your data, your content, your playbooks, your systems. If we ever part ways, all of it stays with you. We build your asset, not our leverage.
Is there a person I can actually call?
